Most commonly noise diodes are used to create noise generators. To this date, the temperature dependence of parameters of signal generated by noise diode, of its breakdown voltage, series and differential resistance, and pulse rate is underexplored. In this work, silicon planar noise diodes of ND102L, ND103L and ND104L models are studied. It has been found using an experimental setup that highest breakdown voltage values are typical for ND102L model and lowest, for ND104L, over the entire range of temperatures studied. It was found that temperature rise leads to decrease in series resistance. This dependency is linear, it is most pronounced for ND102L model and least, for ND104L. It was demonstrated that differential resistance is independent of temperature in the temperature range under study. Study results indicate that the highest dependence of breakdown voltage and noise pulse rate on temperature is specific to ND104L model and the lowest, to ND102L model. It has been established that the greatest supply voltage stabilization is required when using noise diodes of ND104L model.
